In addition to the Gaja Wine Dinner we will be hosting two wine tasting menus for lunches on September 22nd and 23rd. We are delighted to offer a five course tasting menu with curated wines from different regions of Italy. This is a great chance to sample some of Chef Cristian Pontiggia’s most popular dishes like his Ceasar a Modo Mio, Pear Carpaccio and White Seabass.
